3. Youth Player Information and Children's Privacy

Boost Baseball is intended to be used by parents, legal guardians, coaches, staff, and authorized administrators.

Children should not create accounts, submit forms, make payments, or provide personal information directly through Boost Baseball without the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian.

If you submit information about a player or minor, you represent that you are the player's parent, legal guardian, authorized coach, authorized staff member, or otherwise have the authority to provide that information.

We may collect player information when it is submitted by a parent, guardian, coach, staff member, or organization administrator for legitimate youth sports program purposes, such as registration, tryouts, enrollment, team placement, communication, safety, and operations.

If we learn that we collected personal information directly from a child under 13 without appropriate parental consent, we will take reasonable steps to delete the information or obtain appropriate consent, as required by applicable law.

Parents or legal guardians may contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of information related to their child, subject to reasonable verification and legal or operational retention requirements.

4. Health, Safety, and Emergency Information

Boost Baseball is not a healthcare provider and is not intended to collect detailed medical records.

However, youth sports programs may sometimes need limited health, safety, or emergency information, such as allergies, emergency contacts, relevant injury limitations, or participation-related notes. If such information is collected, we use it only for program administration, safety, emergency preparedness, communication, legal compliance, and related operational purposes.

Do not submit sensitive medical information unless it is specifically requested and necessary for participation, safety, or administration.

We do not use player health or safety information for advertising.
